Services

Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to manage challenges on your own. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained psychotherapist. Together, we work on understanding patterns, building healthy coping strategies, and creating meaningful changes that support your well-being. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating life transitions, therapy can help you gain clarity and feel more grounded. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, giving you the tools to move forward with confidence.

Couple Therapy

Relationships can bring joy and connection, but they can also face moments of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. Couples therapy provides a supportive space where both partners can be heard and understood. Whether you’re working through frequent arguments, life changes, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy can help you learn new ways to connect with compassion and respect. Together, we create practical strategies that support a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be a source of strength, but they can also become complicated during times of stress, conflict, or change. Family therapy offers a safe and supportive space for each member to share their perspective and feel heard. Together, we work on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building healthier ways of relating to one another. Whether you are navigating parenting challenges, generational differences, or the impact of major life events, family therapy can help strengthen understanding and connection. Our goal is to support your family in creating a more balanced and supportive home environment.

Art Therapy

Sometimes words are not enough to express what we feel inside. Art therapy offers a creative and supportive approach to exploring emotions, reducing stress, and working through challenges. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit; art therapy is about the process, not the product. Using drawing, painting, or other forms of expression, you can uncover new insights, release difficult feelings, and connect with parts of yourself that may be hard to put into words. Guided by a trained therapist, art therapy can facilitate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth in a safe and non-judgmental environment

Welcome!

My name is Ahmad Reza Ghodsi. I am the founder of Flourish Plan and a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) in Ontario. For more than 15 years, I have worked in the field of mental health with individuals from many different walks of life. My experience in clinical settings, supporting people living with long-term mental health challenges, as well as those navigating everyday struggles and conflicts. One of the first areas often impacted by emotional difficulties is our relationships, both with ourselves and with others. I believe that true mental health is not just about managing symptoms, but about creating space for growth and flourishing. To flourish does not mean chasing a perfect or ideal life; it means facing all parts of ourselves with honesty and courage, and learning how to live more meaningfully.
This journey can be challenging, but you don’t have to walk it alone. It is my privilege to walk alongside you, offering support as you take steps toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
